We hosted ​an inspiring session with Joce Fenton, Founder & Managing Director of FNI Business Consulting, focused on career growth and navigating the consulting industry. Members gained insight into building meaningful careers, developing confidence as leaders, and making the most opportunities in consulting. Drawing from her experience in the industry, Joce shared her perspective on building a successful career, the value of mentorship and professional relationships, and the importance of staying open to new opportunities. She encouraged members to embrace growth and lead with confidence.
Elevate Your Skills: Professional Development Workshop

We hosted a professional development session focused on helping members build confidence and strengthen the skills needed to grow their careers. Members explored the value of mentorship and networking, along with practical strategies for building meaningful connections, strengthening their LinkedIn presence, and refining their elevator pitches. The session also included professional headshots, giving members the tools and resources to confidently present themselves both online and in person.​
